To get you moving better and feeling better as fast as possible, we normally start your initial intensive care with 3 adjustments/week for the first 2-6 weeks
- Benefit: Strengthens nerve flow in your body by teaching your spine its healthy position. Intensive adjustments are essential as each adjustment adds to the next and current research shows that subluxations tend to fall back to their old behaviour about every 24-48 hours.
